- What does Kaviaan Hospitality do?
We are a hospitality consultancy. We advise hotel developers, investors, brands and other travel and tourism stakeholders, working across the full project development and asset improvement life cycle.
- Do you work on new projects as well as operating hotels?
Both. Our project consulting practice covers new properties from concept to reality, and we also take on existing hotels that need rebranding, repositioning or day-to-day performance improvement.
- How does the brand operator search work?
We help you identify and select the operator best placed to make the hotel's operation a success, weighing brand fit, the operator's track record and the terms of the management agreement.

Project Consulting and Brand Operator Search. Most engagements begin in one and the other follows - finding or refining the concept, then identifying who should run it.
